OntoGuard uses structured semantic context to understand what an agent is attempting to change and how that movement relates to evidence, authority, policy, and institutional state. Ontology is part of the mechanism. The product is Decision Authorization.

The public proof surface includes a controlled Decision Authorization demonstration, sanitized packets, and an AgenTrust TRACE Community Integration that a maintainer exercised before merge. None of that is a claim of universal production enforcement.
